Lots of trees, grass and walking paths. It's a great community. Very people and pet friendly. There is a good mix of people both young and old. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and friendly. Everything is close - shopping, restaruants, schools, parks and doctors offices. Nearby fortune companies within mile radius.

Access to major Interstates and roads, 12 miles from JAX beach minutes from down town. Low HOA for this area, and many amenities included. Twin Lakes Academy Elementary School.
