I've had great experiences here in good times and bad with my cats over the years. Additionally the instructions for after surgery care listed his staples as ""dissolvable stitches that would need no further care. It seems as though they've cleared up any of the issues I had before noted below with a new office manager or director. I'd give it 5 Stars due to the great vets there but the staff really brings it down since they're the ones you have to deal with most of the time and their confusion results in unnecessary trips into the office or multiple calls and frustration.
