There was an issue with the computer that was slowing things down, my service basic oil change took 40 minutes, and the car next to me, which came in 10 minutes after I did, left before I did.
I can understand the computer issues, but if it was going to cause my service to take that long they could have asked me to switch to a different bay since I was the only vehicle there for around 10 minutes.
