I had never had sushi before and it was delicious. I have since tried other sushi places and…. I love their fried chicken and fish.

My wife and I try to go here everytime we are in Columbus. The food is execellent and never disappointing. When your travels can't take you to…. Let me start by saying that I have never tried Thai food before and this place had a lot of great reviews so I decided to try this place.

It met…. I don't think it is possible to ever have a bad or even mediocre meal here. The food is always fresh and the service is very good. They even give…. Sharks opened in and to this day it still carries the best comfort food in Columbus, OH. Loads of crab dip piled high on tortilla chips topped with pico de gallo, black bean corn relish, monterey jack and avocado lime dressing. A Joe's classic. Flavored with old bay seasoning or Joe's signature Barbeque dry rub. Plump and ready to peel. A steampot full of mussels served in a garlic butter sauce with freshly toasted garlic bread.

All the classics combined! Crazy good crab dip, great balls of fire and crispy calamari. Tender mushrooms loaded with homemade seafood stuffing and topped with monterey jack Alfredo.

Scratch made seafood and crab balls full of jalapenos and cream cheese coated in panko breadcrumbs. Served with ranch. Romaine lettuce topped with 1 of our jumbo lump meat crab cakes, black bean corn relish, tortilla strips and chipotle caesar dressing.

Romaine lettuce topped with crispy chicken tenders, smoked bacon, black bean corn relish, avocado, cheddar jack and homemade hushpuppies tossed in avocado lime dressing.

Grilled chicken breast, monterey jack, lettuce, tomatoes and crispy smoked bacon. Chipotle Barbeque sauce, a mix of jack and cheddar cheese and crispy smoked bacon. Grilled or blackened mahi mahi fillet, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on a knot bun. Served with shack sauce. Topped with green cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro and avocado lime dressing. Served with tortilla chips. A made from scratch jumbo lump meat crab cake with lettuce and tomatoes on a toasted bun. Served with spicy sriracha remoulade sauce.

A big, juicy burger topped with crunchy popcorn shrimp, crispy onion strings and spicy sriracha remoulade sauce. Jumbo shrimp hand dipped in shredded coconut with pineapple plum sauce for dipping. Served with hushpuppies, fries and coleslaw. Jumbo hand breaded shrimp served with hushpuppies, fries and coleslaw.

Jumbo grilled bacon-wrapped shrimp filled with seafood stuffing. Served with crab dirty rice, hushpuppies, vegetables and buttery spiced Tabasco brand pepper sauce. Under calories.

A dozen grilled shrimp glazed in a sweet guava rum sauce. Served with mango black bean rice and seasonal vegetables. Served with a twice baked potato cake and hushpuppies. Served with fries, hushpuppies and garlic aioli sauce. The food was great as always but doesn't quite make up for the lack of service. We will be back because we love Joe's. The servers should not get disappointed if they don't get a great tip though.

Our waitress was awesome! Had a great time. Staff was friendly and nice. It was not a great meal. We will not be coming back. Cold food. No refills on water. Horrible staff. Very little food for price. After finishing appetizer, we had to call server over to take our main food order. It took a while but finally got food and never saw server again until I wanted to pay.

Once we were seated it took 45 minutes to an hour before our order was taken and another 45 minutes to an hour before food came out and some of it was cold. There were a lot of unhappy people that was sitting around us because the service really wasn't good whatsoever we have some of our party actually leave. Food tasted great. Perhaps a little over priced. Found the birthday singing to be annoying. Overall a good experience and would go back.

We were seated for about 20 minutes with multiple servers walking past before anyone took our drink orders. I had to ask for silverware when we finally received our food, which was mediocre at best. No management rounded to check on the table, but employees and the man who appeared to be the manager based on his attire kept walking past tables on the patio to go sit by the pond and smoke.

For the amount of money that our bill was, the food was not worth the price. When asking the server about the food, he was unsure. This is not the first experience we had like this and will deter us from returning. It was a disappointment as we were celebrating that evening and were there for over 2 hours.

Tables with larger parties that came after us received their food before us and were able to leave before us as well. I went there for a birthday celebration. The service was terrible, even though the restaurant was half empty. The food was awful! I ordered the crab bucket, it came with potatoes that were sitting on the bottom that were soaked in salty water from the crab legs.

My crab legs were way too salty! I was so disappointed, I'll never be back. We had a great time. The food was hot and tasted great. Birthday dinner. Food was excellent. After our local Joe's Crab Shack closed we were devastated and we very excited to find there was one within 20 min. We reserved a table online it gave us a 2. We arrived at stood in the restaurant for at least 15 min before we even saw a hostess they still had no idea where they were going to seat us another 20 minutes of standing and waiting and until our table was ready.

After bring seated it took almost 15 minutes to receive our drinks. And 45 minutes later our appetizers arrived, one of which was stone cold. We wanted to send them back to be refired but didnt see one employee for the next 15 minutes. Finally what we assumed to be the manager walked by and he apologized and told us he's just send put a fresh order. He came back to inform us they were out of mushrooms and would have to just refire the old order to which we said would be fine.

When the food came out 20 minutes later we were informed they burnt the app and would be making a fresh order. Our king crab legs were so over cooked they were so able to be bent into a "u" shape.

Fish was like eating jerky and I've never seen creamed corn on the cob but we received 5 that night. They forgot sides to the kids meals and were awful about refilling drinks.

At 11pm we were finally finished and waiting on our bill. The apps were not taken off the bill and we were informed gratuity was already included even though we were on 5 separate checks. We went in expected to buy shirts for everyone in the group but by the end of the ordeal didn't want to even advertise for this awful establishment, no wonder they've closed almost all of their restaurants if this is how they run them.

Such a shame eating here was always such a fun experience for us a kids and we wanted to share it with our children. Took 25 minutes to get seated. They had no idea who had what reservation time. Seated people ahead of us, who had a later reservation. Had requested outside, but seated inside, but glad to just be seated at that point. Table service was good, once seated. Food was good. There were a lot of complaints from fellow customers about their service!

Too bad, but won't be going back!!! First got there and it seemed they might be short staffed. Then she brought the bill and waited there for us to fill it out. I normally do not write reviews but it was not a good experience. I will never recommend. The restaurant wasn't even full. We were celebrating my son's birthday, and I told the waiter and they didn't sing either, meanwhile other guests who were celebrating birthdays received those accommodations.

Had reservation and restaurant was empty but waited 15 minutes to be seated. Asked for birthday celebration but did not happen. Party of Made a reservation and got there to be told that a reservation doesn't mean they can hold a table for you.

Waited 15 minutes to get a table, got our appetizers, placed our dinner order, then the manager comes to tell us they only have 1 hamburger patty available and we ordered 3. The service and food quality in this restaurant continues to decline over the years.

I would not recommend this restaurant anymore. Food is always good! Server never checked back, refilled drinks, etc. Joe's Crab Shack - Columbus offers takeout which you can order by calling the restaurant at Joe's Crab Shack - Columbus is rated 3.
